Easy to use varroa testing kit. Fill jar to red line with honey bees and add a few tablespoons of the provided powdered sugar, and shake lightly. Then turn container upside down and shake over a white object such as a frisbee or bucket top with water in it. Count the mites and figure rate per 300 bees. This is test provides a quick insight to varroa levels to let the keeper know if treatment is necessary.
